[We as a company follow a zero tolerance policy on vaping and smoking within the building. Great venue, I cant complain about that. But poorly ran on the night we had booked. Staff routinely ignoring people at bar & standing vaping away at the side. Game cut off 15 minutes earlier than time it was meant to be, and didnt start till about 10 minutes after booking time either. Didnt even finish a game, and after we spoke to 3-4 staff (after waiting 10-15 minutes for acknowledgment), was told theres nothing they can do.

Booked ahead and requested an assistance ramp for a 3 year old which we never saw. Food and drinks are overpriced and not that nice. Worst part is the drinks all arrived in really disgustingly dirty glasses. Like fingerprints, grease and food residue kind of dirty. Gross af.

Don't usually leave reviews but felt obliged to as this was the worst customer service I'd ever experienced by the young blonde girl with long hair. Hate to write something like that but wow, she was so rude it ruined the whole experience which id travelled 3 hours for! Our group of 20 visited last week as a work night out, the food was delayed, which is fine these things happen. After it was 40 mins late I asked very politely if she knew roughly what time it might come out, she rolled her eyes at me and walked off huffing and puffing whilst I was mid sentence. Seemed stressed and understaffed but that's no excuse for such a poor attitude. Shame as the pizza was great. Will not be returning though. Poorly organised, stressed out rude staff.
