Chime support is one of the worst from a tech company I've ever experienced. Response times are long, reps don't know what they are talking about. I got false information and false promises multiple times. The lack of simple editable features for the landing pages and web builder is ridiculous. Can't even edit the titles and subtext for pop-ups. This is a simple fix, I've worked with web developers before. UX and UI are pretty terrible for the website builder. As real estate professionals we need to be able to make quick edits to our online content on the fly. There are much cheaper and more user friendly platforms out there. CRM is on point but the website builder, and support are a joke.

this place is AWFUL. Cancelled contract with them and still continued to take money from account! Then would not refund me!! Their customer service is TERRIBLE!!! wish I could give 0stars!!!!
