I had one of the worst experiences I have had in 21 years of owning my own business and buying tons of t-shirts. They didn't want to send me a proof at all, said that was not what they normally do and not necessary. When she did, the artwork looked horrible, way too small center chest print, and not at all what i wanted. They REFUSED TO SEND ME A SECOND PROOF to see the revisions were corrected. I made adjustments to my artwork and because it did not arrive within 20 minutes, they CANCELLED MY ORDER (with a deadline in 24 hours for me) after I paid $21+ dollars a t-shirt and an expedited fee. OVER $650! They credited back my card and said "they had a 1,000+ t-shirt order and didn't have time for me!" Some of the worst customer service I have seen in 21 years as a business owner.
