Cool place, great selection. However, this is the second time a cashier chipped my tumbled crystals while packing them. I'd give more stars if they were more careful. They dump them in a bag all at once, and you can hear them hitting each other. It's too far of a drive to return them now.

The store front is very nice and so was the cashier, the warehouse is another story. They obviously do not enjoy making money, being friendly or have returning business from another business who sells a lot of crystals. The lady assigned to us said " I guess if I HAVE to help them I will." So instead I went back to VROCK in Ohio and spent a couple grand in an hour. Do not go here if you're looking for quality and looking to support a good business.

I placed an order and recieved it in 4 days . It was for 8 agate slices. 3 were not usable as I intended to frame them in a grouping.One has a light blue paint looking splotch on it. Another has stripes running through it like it was cut going the wrong direction . The other one has the circles but is too dark and has a grey cast over half of it.
