I brought my car into get warranty work done on a tire and rim, I received a loaner car which was hit while we were in the house. I gave them my 1,000$ deductible. The insurance denied the claim, When I had to get warranty work done again instead of refusing my service they took my car in on CHRISTMAS EVE (which I advised them I would be driving to see family in California that same day, was going to be a Christmas surprise) they proceeded to call me and tell me my car was ready, so when I arrived a man named DUSTIN told me they will be keeping my car until I pay for the damages on the loaner and will get $15 a day fee for the car being there and a lean was going to be placed on my car. I had already called 3x that day at any point they could of talked to me over the phone instead they bring me up there and embarrass me in-front of people by bringing me a box of all my stuff like I just got fired from a job and locked the door behind me! Mind you this is CHRISTMAS EVE!! This is the worst service I have ever received my mother even owns a Mercedes and was never talked to nor dealt with the way I was! I wish I could go back and un-buy my car because this service was so bad and I have to deal with this dealership for my warranty! I would not recommend this dealership for service my sales guy was great unfortunately the team he comes with is not!! Yes I paid for the damages, its the way they treated me especially when I have the money to pay for it! You dont just take peoples cars and say now pay me! Unacceptable!!!!
Anna, we apologize you were disappointed in your recent service visit. Please bear with me as I address your concerns. Manufacturer-recommended maintenance is more than a quick lube job. It includes valuable services that will help prevent more expensive repairs later on. While we would love to have an infinite number of loaners, quite simply we are having the same issues as all other dealers and rental companies. There just are not enough vehicles available right now to accommodate all requests. In order to guarantee a loaner, it would mean only a few vehicles could be serviced each day and appointments would be weeks out. Our goal is to keep vehicles running and on the road. We do value your time, as much as we do other clientele. We can only kindly ask for your patience and understanding until the industry returns to a normal pace. While we don't like hearing you are considering taking your vehicle somewhere else in the future, we do understand that you need to do what is best for you. We do hope that you will reconsider or, at least, take your vehicle to a manufacturer that has factory-trained technicians, like ours, so that your vehicle is repaired appropriately. $350 for full service, going on a 2 hour wait which is crazy and no loaner. If a service is scheduled you would think something would be provided. My time is valuable to me. Will not be bringing my vehicle back.

Great experience here with Josiah. Ended up selecting another vehicle but the cars we saw were in great condition and priced fairly, and Josiah was so knowledgeable and friendly. Would gladly shop here again for my next car.

I took my car in over month ago they ran diagnostic testing etc. told me that it would be around $8000 to fix and my car would be 100%. I went to get my car it was closer to 9000 which I was OK with because my car was supposed to be 100% I made it not 25 minutes down the road and my engine light come on I had an oil leak and some things I recommend them to fix wasnt after I payed and was guaranteed that it would be . I took it back they then gave me a rental this time they had it for about a week I got it back they fixed one thing on my car that I had mentioned previous and said no longer leaking and charged me another $220.. in about 25 minutes down the road my engine light came on again and when I checked underneath my hood they had broke my engine cover and my dipstick the hose I ask to fix since week 1 wasnt still.. so I called guy said he would take care of it and was polite they sent out a rental car to me and drove my car back which was very nice of them it then took about another week and I got my car back and within 3 to 4 days my car is still leaking they have broken off a piece around my door that was never mentioned or replaced the hose is still not replaced I was informed that my heater driver side mirror was bad also be around $1100 to fix! Which was never mentioned until now even when I had asked ab it to sales 2x prior.. i assumed was included in 9000 quote.. Again seems like every time I get my car back something else is broken I never received a call at any time checking to see if my car was functioning normally after the work was done. By far the worst service ever had in my life taken my money and tore up pieces of my car and my car is still not fixed
