Got in touch with factotum to have my kitchen backsplash replaced in my new condo that Im remodeling. A representative got in touch with me and set up an appointment to give an estimate. Nobody ever showed up, which was an unfortunate waste of my time - I had to commute over during rush hour.

Hiring these guys is a risk that's not worth taking. I contracted with them to install new flooring in my place and they sent clearly untrained workers to do the job, which they botched. Instead of making it right, they refused to return my down payment and even had the nerve to ask for me to pay the remaining cost of the project, which I'm now going to have to pay another contractor to fix or do over entirely. These guys are dishonest, poorly trained hacks. Save yourself the trouble and hire someone you can trust.

I am extremely pleased and satisfied with Factotum Remodeling. They have renovated my apartments floors and bathrooms. One of the best parts was that they seem to be very flexible and scheduled my installation for the same week after coming to take the measurements.

Don't use this company. First I was given bad advise from the person who came out for the estimate. After they installed the floors we can't shut bathroom doors. The came back to fix base board and the person said there is nothing he can do. Now I have a 2" gap between where the 2 base boards come together.they put glue on top of the thresh hold where kitchen and dining room come together. Then they sent me somebody else's bill. When I told the lady they sent me somebody else's bill she said sorry. I told her about the problems. She said she would have a manager.call me. Never heard from anybody yet 1 month later. I hired another company to come and fix everything. Warranty?????
