We tried to do on-line. Terrible mattress - fell apart during warranty period. Tried to get an exchange - turned out oh no its a credit and repurchase but upon repurchase they tell you it will be $200 more! When I called customer service they said they do not do exchanges and you had to pay for better materials??? I had to complete a survey in order to get a credit - and one of choices in the survey was exchange! Get your act together Helix Sleep. I told the manager I would be writing a poor review of both the mattress and the customer service shady business and he didn't act the least bit concerned. I would not recommend.
So far pretty unimpressed. Ordered and paid for a mattress 7 weeks ago. Has been in the final touches phase for weeks. At this point Id be shocked if I even got it. Customer service is a total joke...4 week waiting time to book a time to speak with them.

Ive had this mattress for almost two years now and Im disappointed to say that there is definitely a dent where I tend to sleep. Im sinking in more towards the edge (I share the bed with my partner), but the mattress feels still pleasantly firm in the middle. I rotate the mattress regularly. And Im not even that heavy - Im 115 lbs. Do not buy this mattress.
