We ordered appliances from ALL, Inc. for our new build as they were recommended by our builder. We ordered 6/4/21 with a delivery date of 11/1/21 and we were told that there shouldn't be any problem getting the items we ordered. 8 months later (end of January 2022) we are ready to move in and they do not have our appliances. We were told 1 week prior to our move in date that they won't be available until March 2022. This is a full 4 months past the original delivery date! They refused to put in a temporary fix as they state "it's not our fault". I understand that the supply chain is messed up right now, but their lack of communication and willingness to work with us has been very disappointing. Update: 4/15/22 still no oven/ microwave combo. I spoke to them a month ago and they stated it would be May/ June. Now when I called again for an update they are telling me it is July. It is frustrating that I need to be the one calling for updates. Their lack of communication and willingness to work with customers makes me wonder how they are still in business.
Thank you for letting us know what happened. We apologize for the confusion and inconvenience we caused for you. We hope you will give us the opportunity to do a better job for you in the future.

Purchased a scratch and dent washer and dryer here and purchasing went great with Julie. Delivery was scheduled for the next day which was even better. Delivery/installation day came and we thought everything went well with no issues until days later the dryer started shaking more and more as time went on. Turns out the stacking kit was incorrectly installed (the legs were left on the dryer) and they took the additional parts needed with them. (We purchased the stacking kit needed at Lowes). Called about it on a Friday morning and was told I would get a call back shortly which I didn't receive. Called back at 4:00pm that Friday for an update which they said an installer could come out Monday. Today is that Monday and I've put everything off today in prepare for the installer to come back out to correctly install a new stacking kit. I've called 3 times (10:30, 3:20 (no-one could take my call so I left a voicemail) and 4:20) looking for a time frame and no-one can get ahold of the guy, they've left it messages with my number and I've yet to hear from him and its currently 6:30pm. Waste of an installation fee. Edit to update: at 7:20 this evening I called and spoke to a different sales woman. Explained the situation to you and requested she cancel the installation so the person doesnt show up the next day when Im not home, as I cannot wait around another full day. My husband and I will just be purchasing another stacking kit and we will just do it ourselves. Thankfully she understood my frustration.
Providing all of our customers with the best possible service is important to us. We will contact you to rectify this situation.

I have ordered cabinets from All a few times over the years and every time there are issues. The most recent time I ordered a cabinet to match a cabinet i had purchased previously from them. The cabinet showed up with the wrong drawer fronts (not matching the other cabinet). Not sure how it got screwed up since they had the original invoice, pictures, etc. but it did. They said they could order new drawers at my cost. No offer to even try to work with me/share the cost/etc for their mistake. I won't be going there again. ***Update***All inc reached out to me after seeing this review and offered to resolve he issue. I have to say that surprised me. With that gesture and the correct parts on order I felt it was appropriate to update this review. Ive got to commend them for going through the effort to keep their customers happy. To me that says a lot about a company and it is much appreciated.
Nobody better in the appliance game! If Brian Linscheid or Jim Macdonald cant take care of you, you cant be pleased. As a Contractor, companies like this are essential to running a good business, Especially in these times. My clients fridge went out and they had the replacement fridge delivered the next morning, first thing. The delivery guys, Mike and Roger are fantastic, super professional, quick, and even masks on for safety! And This has been going on for over a decade. Appreciate you guys
I've been battling with All, Inc (in court) for over two years due to a general contractor that defrauded each of us (and many other homeowners and sub contractors) out of (literally) million$. My attorneys generally represent contractors/subcontractors (like ALL in this case) but took my cases because I was getting screwed by both contractor and (subsequently) ALL. That said, this review won't factor in any of my disdain about All management or their attorney. Bottomline: I'd recommend upfront shopping at ALL to get ideas for your renovation but to do your actual business elsewhere. 1. Sales rep: The rep who helped with my selections was also the person who came to measure in my home. It was challenging to schedule with him, he'd show up late, was just kinda ho-hum and seemed to care more about his next cig break than this sale. I'm giving him a slight break since he talked me out of Ikea cabinets. 2. Delivery: units were delivered about 2 months after the measure. All left a mess in the hallway, which my HOA fined me for cleaning up after them. Yes, this was my project managers role but this surely is not white glove delivery. 3. Installation: Cabinets were installed by another sub-contractor that ALL chose. Mostly good. some of the 'soft close' are not working and they clearly cut wrong in back of/inside a couple cabinets. They look good on the outside but have multiple XL holes on the inside. They were again messy, which resulted in more fines by my HOA. 4. Costs: I am unable to review costs as they were hired by the general contractor. I only know what was in my contract and they seemed reasonably priced. 5. Show room: the show room is nice and includes cabinets, countertops, appliances, grills, etc. I'd definitely recommend up-front shopping here so that you can get ideas. If you can actually get a sales rep to walk you through the process, do it and then just write down as much as you can. Homeowners, please look at the online reviews of All before you/your contractor hires them. You'll see many trends that will help you make a decision; but, again, my recommendation is to go to All for the upfront planning and then hire someone else.
