This jacket was part of a larger order which required a personalised logo on the front and back of the Jackets, unfortunately we missed the front logo on this particular jacket. Once made aware we offered to collect the jacket at our cost and apply the missing logo, but the customer insisted they wanted a refund which was not possible as the jacket had already had the logo to the back applied. It clearly states in our returns policy that any garments that has been personalised can not be refunded. We made numerous offers to rectify our mistake but they were rejected by the customer. We are sorry that we were unable to reach an agreement that was satisfactory to both parties on this occasion.

This company does not deserve even one star. I ordered a water proof jacket with a logo on which I payed for it in advance. They sent me one with a missing logo then told me that they can't refund me because they lose money. I had to replace their faulty product so understandably I asked for a refund. They do not refund, even though it's their mistake. They asked me to wait until they correct their mistake which meant I would have to work outside in the rain until they sort it out but they only care about their profit without complying with distant selling regulations and consumers' rights. The worse customer service and money motivated retailer. Ah they also told me that I should resell their faulty product to someone else to cover my cost. Really! When I called them to say that I do not accept their unreasonable offers, they then asked several times to talk to my manager as if I was not worthy of talking (perhaps so that they can bully my manager into accepting their conditions as it was my fault that the item did not arrived as described). The manager is not an account holder, where is your data protection compliance? Not on. Also, this company has no official complain procedure set on their website (they do not provide any help when you call and ask their complain procedure on the phone either) which you need to go though before escalating to the trading standarts and ADR. I regret for not buying from a reputable trader with a good customer service. Watch out because if you receive an item is not as described, you have no rights and it's going to cost you. UPDATE 17.05.2020 Since this review, the company responded, here is my reply. Your policies are overrided and out of window with an immediate effect once you make the mistake. As a company, you can't dictate on customer what suits you, you have to comply with the consumers law. I should take you to court to teach this. Unlike you wrote in your response that how nicely you offered a collection of the garment for an exchange, you were actually quite what I perceived racist on the phone. You laughed at me when I couldn't pronounce the words correctly and made grammar mistakes as I got frustrated with your attitude and tone of your voice on the phone. I asked a few times why you had laughed at me for, you ignored me and gave me no apology nor any explanation. You were also very rude on the phone: not polite, not civil unlike you represent yourself in here. You did not listen to me, shut me up everytime I tried to talk and talked over me. You were not transparent when I asked the names of the manager and the person I was talking in order to make an official complain. You did not help me to make an official complain when I asked your guidance. I will take this to trading standarts to make them aware how unprofessionally you operate.

Shocking Customer Services. Wanted to order some uniform i had to spend 250. It states that for web orders so i emailed my order and get told you have to spend 250.

Excellent service and great prices. I have used Uniform Express for several years now for my workwear requirements. They have been great to work with. Customer service has always been upfront and honest and done their best to help me with questions about my orders. Delivery is within the time promised and returns are handled well. I would recommend Uniform Express to anyone who needs workwear clothing.

250 for order only , it was much better before when u could spend about 75 , I have been buying my uniform elsewhere so not anymore from uniform express....
