I have a 2019 ford f350. I brought it to all star ford for a oil change, and a tire rotation. They broke two of my dust cap covers. You can clearly see where they beat them with a hammer. Unfortunately I did not catch it until I made it back to california. They cost me one hundred dollars a piece to replace. I will never give them any business again.
Benjamin, Thank you for bringing this to my attention. We would appreciate the opportunity to address all of your concerns. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us at a time that is convenient for you. We hope to hear from you soon. Best Regards, Customer Relations Manager [email protected]

Bought a vehicle from here roughly 2 months ago. We were promised a spare set of keys and the key-code to enter the vehicle. After receiving a short runaround, we were directed to the Prairieville location to get both. However, the salesman did not hold up his end of the bargain and filled out a we-owe with just the key-code. We had several conversations where he was quite clear that Ford would provide a spare set of keys free-of-charge. It is bad business to break a simple promise. This is the kind of petty thing customers remember and makes me want to take future business elsewhere. This was the second, and probably last, vehicle my family will purchase from this location.

For starters let me say the staff down there made me feel comfortable and were really good guys while I purchased my car. I purchased a used Mustang GT from the guys at all star in Denham with about 18k miles in March. ILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN! I had my first issue with the car on June 1st. 2 months down the line the bolts had come off the driveshaft! Completely putting my life at risk just trying to take it to a ford dealership the second I realized something was wrong. Paid nearly $500 out of pocket to get replacement bolts and get back on the road. 5 weeks after the first issue car has high vibration and shaking heavily dropped back to another ford dealer. Dropped the car on July 16th only to find out the transmission housing cracked and the engine block cracked. Ford wont honor the warranty that was sold to me by the guys at All star because the car had been modified. When I found out the news I drove down to all star and told my salesman, and management. They made me sit in the lobby for nearly 2 and a half hours only to tell me it was nothing they could do for me. Only offered to refund me the warranty they sold me. Slap in the face! Trying to prevent from taking legal action but here we are, Dec 16th and theyve only offered me another slap in the face! Ive missed days of work, and losing money because of the note and insurance still to make sure I keep the vehicle, that hasnt been in my possession in months. Not to mention Ive been without the car longer then Ive been with the car. Never really got to enjoy it and it sucks. STRONGLY RECOMMEND TRYING SOMEWHERE TO BUY A VEHICLE!
