Terrible customer service and communication. I paid for my products in full. Was told that they'd be ready for review and pick up a week later. 3 weeks later, I had to drive to shop to make sure that my order would be completed in time. AFTER more back and forth, I had to meet up with the shop owner to pick the shirts up...no problem, I needed them so I was willing to do this. He counts out the shirts. The order isn't complete. I was told the missing shirt would be mailed to me...it's been three weeks and I have yet to get my missing shirt. And of course he's not responding to texts, phone calls, or emails. I will NOT be doing business with this company EVER again. I suggest if you're reading this, you don't either.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! First order I did I paid over $200 for shirts to be done by the next week and they kept extending and extending the day cuz they weren't working on them. I went in one day and they were playing games on their phone instead of getting my order done. The order finally got done. I gave them another chance and I needed 25 shirts made by a certain date. I paid $250 to get them made by noon on that date. I even came in the day before to make sure they weren't scamming me again. So I call at 12:30 the day they were due and they told me they'd be done by 2:00. My receipt said "Done By Noon". Came in at 2:00 and they didn't even start on them. The shirts didn't end up being done until like 5:45 pm (an hour before the event I had to take them to) Horrible customer service! They need more people working in there to get their stuff done on time! If I ever do business with them again I will not pay the money until the shirts are done! The only reason they have 5 star reviews is because they tell their customers they will get 10% off their next order if they write a good review.

The only reason I chose this place was because it was close to my job and I could get 1 shirt before I ordered 100. I took my logo in April I have yet to get my shirt. It's been pushed back about 7 times. To him saying the shop moved to my shirt was going to be delivered. I went twice to pick up my shirt. I want a refund and would never recormend business with them.
