IT WAS EXPLAINED TO YOU. 2.- Your artwork was approved 7/25 at 1pm. Based on our terms and conditions that you signed. it would take 48hrs to product the printing material. It took you 6 review sessions to approve the artwork. Our custom design service includes 2 review sessions. We did 4 more at no charge as a courtesy. Our phone systems , security cameras, and your emails proves that you are the one lying, as a company we have no reason to lie or to be rude, unless a customer wants to take advantage of us, like in this case you are trying to do so. As you can see the picture shows you seating on the waiting area, and you stated "I rather stand and the less I touched for my own good". Lied about the cost of the cards to get me to leave one printing biz said front and back including designs 27.00 and charged me 50.29. I was told my business cards would be ready for pick up with 48hr window time dropping off Tuesday morning expecting by Thursday. However I am now picking them up almost a week later, Monday morning. I was told to pick up my cards Sat morning about 10:30am I called all morning no answer only to drive over and waste time to see the business is not even open on Saturdays at all. There were corrections needed to be made and they wanted me email them saying its ok to proceed without showing me proof of corrections made. It took another whole day before they would send over proof of corrections cause at the time they said it was corrected it was a lie thats why they couldnt send over any proof. Customer service sucks arguing and rude with me because I asked for him to put in writing that if anything is not correct they would take responsibility. I had a event Saturday night without any business cards. I asked why was I lied to about picking up business cards on Sat am when business is not even open and how I was inconvienced driving over and having no cards to hand out. He said nothing cause he had lied and didnt even have common courtesy to say I apologize for inconvience or anything. I will not be returning for any services and will not be recommending anyone there. My first and last time I cant do business with a liar. How I show up at your place of business on time door still showing closed but suppose to be open.......appearance on the inside not clean peppermint candy on the floor and ants surrounding it I rather stand and the less I touched for my own good.
