Lets talk about efficiency. Yes I understand you are the only person in the shop, but I did not want a piercing - I simply needed one piece of jewelry. I came and looked right at what I wanted. I knew the exact gauge size & the exact length I needed. I did not need you to put the piercing in for me, I just needed you to take it out, put it in a bag, & ring me up. Instead of doing a task that would take less than 2 minutes, you decided to turn me away and tell me that I needed an appointment & that youre the only person available in the shop. What is this? This is not complicated. You were not in the middle of piercing someone. You were not setting anyone up. There was one person in the lobby waiting to get pierced who didn't mind waiting 2 minutes for you to ring me up - she even said this out loud. If you cannot manage a shop by yourself, get help. This form of business doesnt make any sense.

I tried to book an appointment there, but the front desk guy was beyond rude. But then I'm not sure what to expect from a place called the end is near-- the name of store and attitude might just be their brand

I had a fantastic experience here. I had a bit of hesitation about piercings but Jeff was great and eased my worries. There was no rush, no pressure. Ive had experiences in the past when it feels like piercers want me in and out but this experience was the total opposite. I will definitely come back!

I loved my piercing appointment! Jaymes walked me through each step beautifully and the process went by very smoothly! The customer service was above and beyond, Jaymes was so warm and inviting. The facilities were absolutely sterile, the technique was precise, and I cant wait to book my next one!

Ive been here twice, the first time I came here for nipple piercings, I got them and they came out crooked! The second time was to buy jewelry and the guy who was in the shop wouldnt even let me buy what I needed for my piercing that fell out!
