Went into the store, ordered shirts, was told would be ready by a certain day (Friday). When I arrived I was informed the shirts were not ready yet. Looked on the screen and wrong colors so thank god I saw this mess before printed. Was told it would be fixed and ready the next day (Saturday ). Of course I get an email at 2pm Saturday, saying it wouldn't be ready till tuesday! I needed it by sunday! This is just unacceptable. I give one star because the guy at the desk in the store was a cool dude, other than that, this stinks!

Horrible service! I dropped off 9 shirts for simple embroidery with just my business name on the front, and picked out color and font and wrote it on a form. I was told they would be done in 10 days and that they would send me "graphics" within a day or two for me to approve. After not receiving any emails from them I called a few days later, and was assured I would get an email to approve graphics asap. I called 2 more times in the 2 week period and was told the same thing each time. I finally received "graphics" on the 10th day, and they weren't anything at all like what we talked about. I emailed back clarifying exactly what we want, and she emailed back she is confused. So I asked the lady to call me so I can clarify what we want over the phobe, and she did not ever call me. I called the shop back, and they assured me they knew what I wanted and that I would be receiving new "graphics" to approve that day. I never got another email, so I went the following day to pick up my shirts, not embroidered of course, and when I asked the kid why they blew me off, and repeatedly lied to me, he said "sorry, we got busy". I would give 0 stars if I could, I'm shocked they are still in business. Horrible, horrible service. As to their quality of work, I'll never know.

Rocky Road Printing has made several shirts for me and my family. They are high quality at a price I can afford. I love them and will continue to go to them for all my T-Shirt needs. Not to mention the Customer Service is great.
