The service we received while buying the carpet was amazing (of course, we were spending money). We went with this company on a recommendation from a family member who is a contractor in Jackson Township. We loved the sales person and the fact that they will fix the carpet if need be. 1 year later our dog ate a hole into the carpet. This has happened 2 times. The 1st time it took a month to get someone out to fix it (which we paid for, but according to the guy fixing it, "$100 really isn't worth his time"). Sadly, our dog ate another hole in the carpet about a week after it was fixed. We have been trying to get the guy out again for 6 WEEKS, AND WE KEEP GETTING EXCUSES AS TO WHY HE CAN'T COME OUT! I guess at this place you only get good service when you are spending a lot of money. I will never hire them again. I will find another place to fix my carpet and measure my upstairs for new.

They have gr8 carpet but to expensive for my pocket.

I was disappointed with the service I received from Gary. When I walked in the store he didn't introduce himself and barely greeted me. He didn't even stand and shake my hand. He knew I was coming in for hardwood, as I briefly talked to him over the phone the day prior, and he took me to one display rack and showed me one piece of hardwood. He was not forthcoming with any information about the wood or brand. He didn't ask any questions about where the wood was going or our family situation, ie kids, dogs, etc. He made no sort of small talk with me and was strictly to the point, giving me the quote. I will say the gentleman at the door was very pleasant and the showroom was very nice and clean as well as big. I would have liked to see other options of wood and also have been treated better. Needless to say we are going with a different company to install our hardwood. Not only where they tons more personable and really took the time to go over EVERYTHING with us, they were also nearly $1,500 cheaper for the same EXACT wood.
