12/20/19 Update: My punch list is NOW over 45 days old and yes you guessed it STILL not done. I have emailed 4 times to have the owner contact me, yup never happened. I've called twice to talk to the owner and yes again nobody calls back, EVEN when Im told they will. Professionalism and customer service starts at the top, not with company, which now explains all the problems I am having getting things done right. My PM literally shrugged his shoulders during the last conversation we had, I still cant figure out whether he didnt know how to respond or just didnt care?? My plaster was done and pool filled with water and NOBODY came by, nobody called or emailed me to see how things are going. I KID YOU NOT you are totally on your own DURING THE WHOLE PROCESS ! I too have plaster problems, I had to figure this out during pool school, to which the instructor seemed embarrassed that NOBODY came by and found this out during a quality inspection after the plaster was applied.. I figure based on the current turn around time it will be by summer when that gets fixed. Im with Darell Ramos, same problems only worse. I have weeks of text messages to prove the huge disconnect. I'm apparently paying over 47k to run this project on my own. Single female, this may be why I'm treated so badly?? Hired subs are not managed in the least, I do my own quality control and if I didnt have an understanding of construction and home management they would have left the issues as they were. My poor neighbor had numerous issues as well, we had/have to fight to get things done correctly. They have no problem asking for money even when so much is not finished or fixed. I am forced to call the owner as I have no where else to go. Unless there is a complete turnaround with follow through and quality work, I would never recommend them to anyone. This has been a completely stressed out ordeal. Douglass in the sales dept was amazing, after that all hell broke out. I live in a new subdivision of soon to be 3000 homes, everyone is watching how this pool is panning out for me, and yes again you guessed NOBODY here is going to use Venture Pools - way too much of a negative, time consuming, problematic venture for us home owners to deal with. I am still the PM, there is still a HUGE disconnect between all parties in the company. I need to send them a bill for my services. Honesty Im am thoroughly disgusted with the whole process, no matter what I say, what I do, nothing gets done or worse yet gets done right. Do not use them, the headaches and constant follow up deemed necessary by the "PAYING CUSTOMER" is not worth it.
Mr Patton, we have spoken to you at length about your pre-existing drainage issue. We have done all we can at this point and we have 100% fulfilled our contract and more.

Very unprofessional, from construction and commitment. My yard looked horrible during the hole building stage(rebar left everywhere, workers trash, cut wood and the list goes on. Not to mention the drainage issues that they were fully aware of, signed contract stating they would be fully responsible if there was any drainage issues. 3 years later when it rains mud is washed into my pool.
Overall we are very pleased. We had a couple bumps in the road as to be expected with any construction, you just have to stay on top of it and remind them of who is paying who...However, we judge on how those bumps are addressed and they were fixed timely which is all we could ask for. I will also say they were the cleanest crew we have ever seen. Even our neighbors couldn't believe how nice and tidy they kept everything. We love our pool! Thank you!
As with any construction project, there are weather delays and glitches etc, but I feel like overall they handled everything properly. Our project met our expectations and as being first time pool owners, we are learning some of the finer details of owning a pool. We chose Venture because of the design. Our designer packed a LOT into our tiny backyard and really thought of everything.
Hi Courtney, were sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction. From our records, it appears your pool was completed on time and on budget, so we apologize that the time frame did not meet your expectations. It is unfortunate that your grass is patchy. We try to do all we can to leave your backyard better than we found it, however replacement grass for your entire yard was not included in the signed contract. We know its been some time, but if theres anything we can do now or in the future to help improve your pool, please let us know.

Let me start by saying this pool isnt the first one Ive had built so I know what the process is and I had realistic expectations from the beginning. Our pool was a nightmare from the start. Our backyard was left a disaster and still looks unfinished. The plaster inside is patchy and uneven, we got the wrong light installed, patches of missing grass and the the process to have the pool built took almost 4 months. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Spend the extra money and do your research.
