Update: This issue was resolved Oct 11. 2018 In reviewing our online presence, a current staff member brought this comment to my attention and Id like to address the issue directly: In Sept. of 2018 our bookkeeper, who is no longer with the company, received a check payable to Quick Digital Printing. This check was addressed to us, but apparently meant for an entirely different organization. It did not reference a job number, but was included in our weekly batch deposit. Clearly, not double-checking the source of payment was a failure of judgment on our staffs part, but as soon as this was brought to my attention, I contacted my bank officer to explain the error. Once our financial institution found the check and verified the amount, a cashiers check was made out and delivered to you by October 11th, 2018. Naturally, as a small business owner, I would share your frustration, but lashing out against our staff for what was clearly YOUR mistake is libelous nonsense. Your failure to plan does not require an emergency on our partthat is, unless youre in a bind and need a high-volume print order at a fraction of the price of traditional offset printing.

We sent this company a check by accident. This money was immediately cashed. We have contacted this company multiple times to get a refund for the funds they cashed that were not earned. They know they stole our money ($2,600) and they refuse to make this error right. Tom went to Bethel University. His bookkeeper Amber stole this money. They are completely unethical and refuse to do the right thing.
Quick Digital is always very friendly. I can call them last minute to print something and it will always be ready by when I need it. I've been using them for 3 years and will continue to use them because of their responsiveness, great customer service, and great print quality for a reasonable price.
I can't say enough good things about this place. I am not a techie person at all. I called and Randra took my call .Great customer service. I explained that I had a laptop with a picture on it that I wanted taken off and enlarged. I explained that I had no idea how to email a picture. No problem. She told me to bring my laptop in and she would take care of it. She took the pic off my laptop with a flash drive and told me to come back in 2 hours and it would be ready. Wow!! It was ready in 2 hours. They gave me exactly what I wanted in minimal time. Quality was A1 with very reasonable rates. If you are looking for great customer service, speed and quality, and people who care about giving you what you want for a very reasonable price, this is the place to go for your printing needs.
