You were told that we would not cut your material until it was paid for. Unfortunately when you came in to pay and pick up the material our employees were on their afternoon 15 minute break. Once their break was over one of our employees pulled the material from inventory and cut it for you. I apologize for your wait. This is your place to by steel. One fourth the price of Menard's. Just take your hacksaw with you if you want to pick up same day cause one usually has to wait a day to pick up if you want it cut.

Good selection, never had any issue with material being ready on time. reasonable prices. I do wish they had saturday hours.
