Terrible customer service after two weeks of trying to reach them to ask them questions about an $1,800 LED light that I purchased they finally got back with me so that they could be smart Alex on the phone and tell me the information was on their website but the information is not available on their website about the question that I asked there's no information at all about it the gentleman that I talked to seem like he was more in a hurry to get off the phone then worrying about talking to me and making sure that I was able to get the best quality of use out of my life their customer service is atrocious and because of this reason I will probably not be doing much more business with lumigrow in the future sad to say these terrific lights work great but their customer service is horrible and I won't deal with horrible customer service not for that kind of money you must be out of your mind if you think somebody going to tolerate you being a jerk with them on the phone if you spend this kind of money on there product I've had better service from Walmart
