I have a client with an enormous light fixtures acquired at House of Stone about 3 years ago. The house has been sold and I called house of Stone to ask their electrician to take it down and find out the cost. After repeated phone calls and responses of "I'll call you back" I received no calls. Today I spoke to a woman in the store who was extremely rude and responded with "we won't take it down!". She then hung up. I wasn't asking for a favor....we will pay for the service, we just want it taken down safely by someone who knows the item. I would never so business with this store!!

What a bunch of awful and mean spirited people. My elderly mother bought this elaborate light fixture less than a year ago and when she took ill and we called them about assistance taking it down (even offered to give it back to them to resell it) they outright refused and hung up on us. Wouldn't even refer their electrician to take it down. CUSTOMER SERVICE? Shame on you. The response is nonsense, since they HUNG up on us multiple times instead of delivering that coherent message on the phone.
Owner is friendly and helpful. Great collection of original stone concepts.
