Hi Charlotte, thanks for your feedback. It’s a shame that you felt the need to leave us a 1* review despite trying to get your artwork issues resolved with you. We’ve gone out of our way to help you; in fact your band hasn’t replied to a recent offer of help that we’ve made to you. We are a small family run business and go above and beyond to ensure that we provide a 1st class service to all of our customers, but clearly that hasn’t really been good enough for you. Even when you’ve bombarded our FB page with profanity and inappropriate comments, we still tried to help you out. I’m not sure there’s much more we can do to help you, we’ve done the best we can. Trying to bully a small company who is doing their best for you really isn’t on, is it?

Sadly very disappointing! Poor quality service with no refunds or replacement products offered for unsatisfied customers. Sadly feeling very disappointed with items, staff manner, and as a customer do not feel cared for at all, such a shame. Will definitely not be using again.
