Got a breakfast sandwich and it was yummy except it was SO greasy, and my egg was poached? Wasnt told or offered an option but definitely wasnt looking to have something messy.

Is it true our HK milk tea isn't the exact same as in Asia (we don't use heavy cream). I had the hong Kong milk tea and it was the worst I've ever had. It seemed watered down and flavorless. It also came without sugar and the brown sugar they had available for self service didn't mix at all and just sunk to the bottom. There were two registers so it was unclear to me where to order. I'm sure the sandwiches and coffee are good so I might give this place a second chance.

Went and tried out Vester yesterday for late breakfast after seeing it on tiktok and hearing good things. The coffee and the service - great! The food, or maybe just the eggs - not so good. I got the egg and avo breakfast salad bowl with smoked salmon and the person I came with got the same except with prosciutto. First few bites of the bowl were great, then I realized the eggs tasted a bit off but thought maybe its just me and my taste buds. The more of the bowl I ate I ended up feeling pretty nauseous because the eggs just werent right and the person I was with felt the same way. After leaving the cafe I unfortunately threw up pretty immediately and I have never in my life thrown up immediately after eating a meal like that Really wanted to love it, Ill come back for the coffee and the atmosphere but probably not for the food
