I purchased a dodge journey 2010. $4200. So far in 1 month replace intake manifold. Spsrk plugs front arms o2 sensors twice and pcm. They have lemons and do not check their vehicles told me everything was perfect. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!
My daughter bought a car from here a month and a half ago the engine light came on before we left town and we should have taken it back. Since then it needed an shutter assembly worth 700.00 now it smokes leaks oil and needs more repairs. The air conditioner quit working and the Bluetooth and gps doesnt work it will cost 300 to replace that. The warranty isnt worth the paper its written on wont cover half of these repairs. These people seem nice and genuine but this experience has been a nightmare she paid cash and used her savings to buy this car I wouldnt recommend this dealership at all
These guys run such a genuine business, I would recommend anybody looking for a used car to get it from here. They were recommended to me by a friend who had bought a car from them six years ago. The sales lady was very helpful, honest and tried her best to get us approved though challenging because I had a low down payment.
Ive sent this dealership about 4 or more messages via CarGurus and via their own website. And I also attempted to text them via VIA THEIR own site (which offers that) to purchase a 2005 Nissan Titan. The Titan has 2 reported accidents (note; their free CARFAX report was expired ) so I paid for one on the VIN. I offered approx $1500 less than they are offering and I wouldnt pay the doc fee as youre legally only required to pay tax, title and registration. Im out of state ..so toss in overnighting that to my state (and registration is $50 and tax (which is SEPARATE ) and they wanted $540. No. After all this communication, not even the decency to let me know yay or nay. Terrible. And actually DROVE 90min to there, its in a very depressed location of Fredericksburg surrounded by decrepit buildings abs other curb stoning dealers. I also had cash OR ID FINANCE A small portion. Its best to deal with a big dealer. Remember ANY used car is that. Used. A dealer can say anything about a car. Unless its in the BILL OF SALE regarding warranty or condition...thats all you have. A used car is that...used...AS IS.
