Hello Alex! Please understand we created the formula to the best of our ability. We were not deliberately trying to reformat your formula. We could not source materials you requested and we created a fitting formula for samples (*this was not for a production run). We put in labor on formulating, time and sourced materials which all cost money. 50% we believe was a fair compromise for a $500 TOTAL sample amount (which is the total amount you paid) , but you were not willing to work with us. You also have 2 more revisions on file with us, which you did not want use that we could have done to provide you with the formula you wanted! You are more than welcome to contact us to take another try. We are more than willing to continue on this project for you. If you choose to not work with us further, please let us wish you fortune moving forward. Sorry for the misunderstanding and we stand by our decision.

I worked with Max Timko through the formula creation and sampling process which by most accounts was smooth until I received my samples. Not only did BL Bio Labs decide to change the formula without my sign off, it took my identifying a discrepancy in serving size before it was even admitted to. In addition, after agreeing to in writing and in contract that they would provide a 30-servings sample, they provided 4. After both items were brought to their attention multiple times, Max Timko (Vice President) threw his R&D team under the bus, blaming them for the formula change while never addressing the sample quantity. Instead of offering to correct the errors, I was told to just try it and provided feedback. My response was to not proceed and at that point Max stopped replying to emails. I called their office at which point their CEO offered a 50% refund on the samples, still never admitting to any wrong doing. I couldnt have made a better decision cutting ties with this business. The decision was more so based on their inability to address and correct a clear issue. This broke any trust that they could handle a production order.

Amazing customer service experience. Fast product turn-around and they work with you on cost for higher volumes. I found them on Google searching for supplement manufacturers in florida and I was very happy after my last experience with a past CMO.

Superb manufacturer! Super quick and communication is top notch. They have a high quality staff, extremely attentive and very accommodating. Shout out to Max and Andrea!
