Hey Joel. Glad you finally got your shirts and that you are happy with them. We do apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, we, just like any other company can not guarantee when an order will arrive once it leaves our premises with which ever shipping company we happen to use. Hand delivering every order to the post office just isnt time or cost effective and we can not do that either. But we wish you well on your future endeavors and thank you for your order.

After 6 month's I contact Jorge to put in a bigger order for my new logo jorge said that he lost money on my last order. It's not my fault that he is using a 3rd party carrier and cant even take the orders his own self to the post office long story short he told me no he wont take my big order of shirts owell I'll take my business somewhere else screw this business
Dutch, we are so very sorry you had such a bad experience. We went above and beyond to answer all of your assistant's many questions and even rushed the order at no extra charge. But we have to stand by our terms and conditions which you refuse to understand or even listen to. We don't charge special handling fees for customer supplied garments, so even though there is no bucket of ink for a shirt to fall into, if a shirt happenes to fall into one, we would not be responsible for that shirt. Apparently, you have no sense of humor since you took this comment so literally. First of all, your assistant brought in 4 different colored shirts and 8 different colored sweatshirts with 10 different designs, not 6 and you supplied one bad design, so please don't try to minimize the good work we did for you. Yes, one shirt had a rare reaction on the back of the shirt due to the inks, heat, pressure, and the garment materials creating a silhouette of the printed image which I pointed out. You also failed to mention in your review how happy you are with the rest of the shirts that you said were printed perfectly. You are not trying to meet me halfway, you are trying to shamelessly attempt to bully me into reprinting for free. I explained to your assistant, prior to placing her order very clearly that if she wanted to bring in her own garments and if they are not 100% cotton, that we are not responsible for customer supplied garments since DTG does not do well on blends and we can't say how the inks will react with other materials. We have it clearly stated on our wall in bold type and I verbally explained this to her a few times because I want to avoid these types of conflicts and she agreed and understood every time I explained it. As far as the print being a bit lower than the other 9 designs. We were not given any direction on what size or in what the placement of the images should be, not every print, even if it's the same design, may not print in the exact same placement. Plus, we only had one shot at printing your image on your single supplied shirt. We are only human and miss prints can happen, especially when we have no room for error. We only charged you $15 for the print on complicated material and rather than try to understand our point and respect our terms after you have agreed to them, you preferred to revert to insults and anger, why would I want to reprint anything for you after this. We refuse to do business with small-minded individuals like yourself and hope that other printer's out there will take a stand against these types of attacks from people like yourself. We always try to make all of our customers feel comfortable and try to supply the best quality prints and the best prices we can. We do occasionally make mistakes and try to correct them when we can especially when customers are understanding and don't revert to insults and rage in the attempts to have us revert our terms.

Stay away. Jorge has no idea what hes doing. I dont even know if hes done DTG before. His placement of one design was off by two inches! One DTG design he did bled through and ruined the back of the shirt. We brought in 6 designs. He ruined two. Would not redo those two even if we paid for the blanks/garments. He told me he is not responsible. He said its written on the wall. He literally said if he dropped a shirt in a bucket of ink, he was not responsible for the replacement. Hes ridiculous. I tried to meet him in the middle. Horrible business and horrible business owner. I never leave bad reviews but this was such a horrific experience I feel compelled to warn others. Stay away, far, far away!
This is the best screen printer I have dealt by a milestone! The owner was honest, knowledgeable and delivered ahead of time. The quality of his work was impeccable. I couldn't give a stronger recommendation for Stoopid T Shirt!
Gabby, We are so sorry that you are unhappy with your order. We stand by our work and our responses to you. It is completely unfair to any printer out there that you get a sample printed from one shop and ask another printer to replicate your request without any specifics on what exactly you want replicated. You emailed a shirt with a design on it. No specifics, then emailed with specific request and asked that we hold the job while you figure things out, which we did for you. We printed your tags, but did not remove the original shirt tags because we explained that, that specific shirt company does not have tear away labels and when removed, it tears the hem and we did not want to be responsible for giving you torn shirts. If we had done that, you would be on here complaining about torn shirts. The printing is top quality and may look different from the physical printed sample that you have, that is it. If you take any design to five different printers, you will get five different results. Had you had the sample printed here, or brought in your sample then we could have known what to work with. An emailed digital picture views differently on different platforms and also prints differently on different machines and from printer to printer. When you want something specific, consequently, you need to be very clear on what you want, which you were not, there was no mention on colors needing to match exactly. This is a printing process which again, differs from shop to shop and even from day to day within the same shop. You were clear on the size and positioning of what you wanted and we did what you requested. You left here very happy with your order, with no complaints about the print color or tags, you also mentioned how happy you that we were able to work well with you were because other printers would not work with you and could not get this done for you, but now it is very clear why they wont work with you.

I wish I could give zero stars. I sent this company a photo of a sample I wanted to duplicate and they said yes, they can do it. That was that. Their prices were high, but they assured me they would be able to do as I requested. They sent a digital proof that looked exactly how my sample looked, so I assumed that's what I would be getting. I get my shirts and the ink job is extremely poor. The colors are dull and not vibrant as the sample or proof we agreed on. I asked for the tags to be removed and my logo printed and the tags were still on them. I emailed them about this and they go on to say "if a customer wants a color or image matched, they will bring in a physical sample, in which case we could express that it would take testing and we may or or may not be able to match the color." What? That was never communicated. They also go on to claim "We were not instructed to match colors, if this is what you wanted, it is your responsibility to make that clear to us." Are you kidding me? This is implied and common sense. How much more clear could I have been in sending you an exact sample of what I was wanting and saying "replicate this"? If that was their procedure then that should've been communicated before sending me an invoice. Also, the digital proof of the shirt they sent me is evidence enough that they knew exactly what I was wanting. They are refusing to accept their poor product back and refund me, or acknowledge they mislead/lied to me. Unbelievable.
