4 days after they confirmed my in-home tech support appointment request I have not received an appointment date. How much longer I will be waiting just to get an appointment is unknown and how much longer that appointment will require I wait in order to get help is also unknown. DO NO WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY
This is beyond ridiculous, the job was started on Wednesday December 8 and we're going to come up on December 12 and the job still isn't finished. My living room still has debris from the job that's not cleaned up yet and the cable is just hanging out of the tv. I was told someone would be coming to complete the job, I'm still waiting.
My tech was wonderful. Very patient, through, and helpful. This is the most positive experience Ive had from your company and will request and recommend Carlos time and time again.

Scheduled an appointment for an evening after work, got a confirmation on the appointment and left work early to be home in time for the appointment. By the time I got home, I had received an email notifying me the appointment was cancelled and then found out later it had been automatically rescheduled for the next day. As I had rearranged my schedule to make the scheduled appointment, I was no longer available the next day and was forced to cancel. This resulted in no work being done on my computer and my being charged $25 for cancelling. I do not recommend anyone use this service.
