They are the worst people I've rented with by far, and I strongly recommend against working with them. They lied to me, they misled me, ignored requests for months on end, then tried to pass the blame to the tenants. Their repair staff are untrained or incapable, they make huge mistakes then refuse to admit it, and the service and customer support team go out of their way to make sure you know you don't matter to them, and that they don't take you seriously. They are a BAD business, and I cannot stress enough how much it's a bad idea to rent from this building service group/management group. Horrible.
Still waiting on a phone call back about Priscilla.... I asked to speak to the manager over her and never heard a thing. This is sad and unprofessional. It's like they don't care about the people who are trying to rent from them or at least make it work. Advice for anyone don't go here and rent a place out. It takes them this long to get back in touch about they're empoylee testing people like a mess then that should tell you how they really feel on getting back to with even other things that deals with apartments or other places they own.
This company is by far the worst management company you could ask for. Anytime you need something, they either take zero action or drag their feet to do anything. I only rated 1 star because it wouldnt let me write a review for 0 stars. If your condo/apartment management needs replacing, do not consider Mastercare even for a moment. Love taking money and doing nothing in return.
