Austin, You briefly described your request and it did not lead to an appointment, sorry to have disappointed you. Yes----- We do not answer our business phone unless one of us is near the phone and recognize the number. All incoming calls are filtered through voicemail. Landlines are inundated with constant robot call solicitation. Our business is Not general welding on whatever the public is looking for. We are a specialized shop, and do Not do small jobs unless you are a Veteran/first responder, or a local seeking to have something of sentimental value repaired to help folks in the community etc. Best regards Norman

Doesn't answer the phone and only does appointments and doesn't even offer to set an appointment up and didn't even look at what I needed done and just said sorry can't help you just wow I have a few hundred dollars in welding to be done says only does small jobs mine is a small job hahaha but thanks any way figured I would go here since they had 5 stars more like it's should be 1 star

I took my BMW E46 in to Norm at Skill Set. It was running rough. He fixed it up and it runs like new! He was honest and fair with his pricing. I highly recommend them

Took my 76 VW Camper van to Norm. It wouldnt charge and had no power. He redid some wiring for me and tuned it up and now it runs like a champ. If you want your car worked on by someone who cares about doing the job right then Norm is the guy.
