Sorry for the mix up. We just attempted to have our website to be updated to be more clear that all pick up orders must be prepaid and that a text will be sent when ready. In a lot of cases our goal is to send a text with pictures so can confirm the right part.

Absolutely the worst place in the world to by parts! You can order online from other places and get stuff much quicker, I am local and spent 2 hours to try and go through there ridiculous process of ordering something and waiting a day on it. Nobody available to talk to you face to face, very frustrating, they may have the part you need but good luck trying to communicate with anyone productively!
I got the part that I needed for a fair price. The sales attendant was very polite and helpful. That is where the positivity ends. After confirming that my parts were ready for pickup, I arrived at the store. The office is closed to the public. I called to let them know that I had arrived and was told it would be a couple minutes. Another party was there, trying to figure out what was wrong, because they'd already been waiting for 15 minutes, despite being told their parts were also ready. 10 minutes later, an employee comes out of the building, and the other people try to ask about their parts. He rudely replies "not my department" so they tried to ask for whoever WAS in charge and the employee replies "I don't have sit here and listen to your smart mouth!!!" And he even got up in the customer's face; ready to fight. He probably had 100 lbs on the customer, so I stepped over to help deescalate the situation, which meant letting the employee know that his response lacked any sort of professionalism, and that I had the other guy's back. The employee turned and stormed back inside. Shortly after, the other party was called back to say their parts were NOT ready, and someone else brought my part to me. I don't know what kind of system they got running there. They're using COVID excuses to neglect customer service, and running employees who should not be representing their business in any way, shape or form. Do better.
Jr at the Cleveland yard was super helpful and patient considering I'm a female and I've had bad experiences dealing with scrap yards or junk yards. I highly recommend them, especially if you're not 100% with your question or part. Will continue to do business with Matlock's from now on- not to mention there prices we're very reasonable.
