You can't deny the work, which is good. Grand quality. However, if your ok with always being put on hold and pushed back because of other people's rush orders. Then I would do business here. If making deadline for restocking your merchandise isn't an issue then I would do business here. Your first visit or two, your purchase will be done on its date. after that, it's a toss up when you will actually receive your merchandise. Whether you pay prior or post pickup. You will always have to deal with being pushed back. These are consistent traits with this company. CONSISTENT!!

They can not handle the work load. Good people, good screen prints and embroidery but Im trying to run a business and I cant afford for my deadline to be pushed back 2 to 4 weeks.

They take on more work than they can handle. They give you a time frame, now multiply that by 4 before you expect your finished goods. Work is never done on time. Other than that, quality and the work is good.
