Joined this gym a while back as i moved in to the area and have since joined another local gym. Everything was good for about the first week. Then it really showed that if you dont become everyone's friend right away and join their pow wow groups that youll start getting treated as an outcast. This gym is good for people who just want to go to a gym to have social hour but if youre wanting to actually work out and get better i would recommend another gym.

I mean its a Crossfit gym... coaches don't really coach, then they put coaches in there to coach that can't even do the movements/oly movements theyre coaching.. So if youre looking to do any type of competing you'd be better off finding a legit gym. If youre just looking to spend $200 a month just to go to another Planet Fitness then this is the gym for you.

I'm 50 and getting back into weights after a 10 year layoff. The gym has a friendly atmosphere. The coaches don't push you to do unsafe weight and encourage proper form over everything. The focus is on competing with yourself to improve, not others.

Completely agree with the other 1 star review. Very "buddy buddy" gym, basically like a highschool for middle age people. One particular female I wasn't a fan of that I've been told has started stuff with other members. From what I've heard I have no idea how she's still even a loud to go there. Nice gym, but if you want to be coached correctly especially with olympic style lifts I'd try to find somewhere else. If you want a gym where you can just come in and chit chat and not really do anything this is the gym for you. If you want to actually get better, learn how to lift properly and not deal with high school drama I would suggest a different gym.
