Long time fan and customer. Bought some black jeans, dye failed in 2 washes. Was told "that's what jeans do" despite this being the only time in 37 years i've had an issue with washing jeans. Staff were great, manager stonewalled. head office ignored. Stick with ACNE or AMI. Lovely products for the most part , but terrible customer service.

Perhaps a unique experience as a customer, the only one stuff staring at us angrily just like we did anything wrong once we got into the store. I felt that I got discriminated and that is the reason I never went that store and purchase the brand.
