I visited the store at 13:50 On sat 30/01/21 it closed at 14:00 the server said he cant serve me without a face mask which I totally understand but I had a face covering on so I didnt see the problem. I explained I wont have time to go buy a mask and get back there and I desperately needed my parts and drove 30 minutes to get to the store but he was very rude without offering an alternative. So I went and got a mask and got back to the store by 13:57 but they closed the doors and ignored me when I was knocking and ringing the bell. I was very upset these are hard enough times without people like that out there I thought we were all in this together. All Im going to say is avoid this store very bad customer services. Note to management your staff need some customer service training ASAP. Thanks for reading!

Update your website on Google!!! Drove over from halstead for parts. It said your open for the bank holiday. Get here and your not thanks for wasting my time and fuel. I wouldn't mind but I'm here to correct your parts that you supplied wrong !!! Sort it out gsf !!! Joke !!!

Great supplier as they stock many parts for the fraction of the dealer prices but when there are issues with parts they need a good push to offer a replacement
