They are completely unprofessional. Their employees don't know the turnaround time for orders. They were accepting orders even though they were unable to fulfill them and notified students (including myself) last minute, 2 weeks away from graduation, that they were unable to complete my order. They wasted my time as I had placed an order over a month ago and they kept on telling me it would be completed within a month-6 weeks which is now false since they canceled my order. In addition, probably knowing they have a lot of unhappy customers, they refused to pick up the phone, even picking up and hanging up! I highly discourage anyone from using their service, even if you order way ahead of graduation season, due to their horrible treatment to their customers.
All the other reviews say it all. Two weeks before graduation they email me saying they wont be able to finish my sash that I turned in and paid for two months ago to get it embroidered. The level of unprofessionalism is huge and so disappointing. I confirmed with them three times they would finish my sash in time because if they couldnt I would take it somewhere else and I then had enough time to do that. Now I got less than two weeks to find somewhere else to get it embroidered. This is so frustrating! Dont use their services
It doesn't say anywhere on their website that it takes them two months to embroider a grad sash because they have one machine. It's misleading to advertise embroidered grad sashes to everyone around the time of graduation and then not have the resources to fulfill orders or the foresight to let people know their order is running late. Graduation is a special moment for a lot of people, and they shouldn't put Bruin in front of their name if they can't deliver a product to students for weeks. Even if they are "backed up," tell me how orders received by May 6 are going to be ready before June 10, but my order placed on April 12 can't be ready before May 15.
They sent me an email 2 weeks before graduation to cancel my sash embroidery that I ordered TWO MONTHS ago. Now I'm scrambling to find another embroidery place. Horrible.
