The person I worked with was Troy which was very customer service oriented. Took care of the outside of the house and gave me the sugar ant containers. Those have kept the sugar ants away since I started with this company. Its nice to pay for something and the people are so good to work with.

All of our technicians are licensed and understand honey bees are protected in agricultural settings, we have set up treatment practices to mitigate chances of any bees or non targets being affected by any of our treatments. As part of our practice, our CSR's have access to contact information of companies that will relocate honey bees for free when customers call in with that concern. You have highlighted a lapse in our training though, and I would appreciate you reaching out to me at [email protected] so I can get some information on that call. Besides making sure everybody in the office is aware of the treatment, I would like to make sure that individual understands our practices. Update: Hello Tripp. We've found and reviewed your phone call, and found our representative didn't misrepresent us. We do recommend to remove bee nests if possible, and recognize that we do not offer that service. We try to avoid affecting any of our friendly pollinators; however, if it is necessary to protect a customer's home or peace of mind, honey bees are legally treatable if a nest is found and treated directly.

Whoever answered my call admitted to me over the phone that they kill honey bees. That is illegal and I mentioned it to him, and he said "I haven't heard anything about that." I was really thrown off by that, like he sounded like he had no idea. I even re-clarified like "so you kill honey bee hives? Like you exterminate them?" and he said "Yep, we'll take care of them for you." I hung up at that point and called another company, and they told me that YES killing honey bees is absolutely illegal, and something like a $20k fine. Incredibly unprofessional. I'm so glad I trusted the red flag I got and called someone else. Do not use this company if you have honey bees and need them relocated. Apparently they kill them! RESPONSE TO THE COMPANY - Since I can't respond to your comments below, I'll update my own comment here. I don't know what to tell ya, because when I said "isn't that ("that" referring to killing honey bees) illegal though?" the person literally replied to me with "I haven't heard anything about that." They did not go into any further details with me, and left me confused when I ended the phone call. None of the reassurances you're now stating here were said to me in that phone call. I had to get further clarification on how honey bees are treated / what the law states from a more professional company afterward. I'm glad to hear that you do take precaution with honey bees, but you clearly need to train your phone representatives better in how they explain that to customers over the phone. I left that call with every indication that you treat honey bees the same way you'd treat wasps.
