DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR WITH THESE MONSTERS, YOU MAY NEVER SEE IT AGAIN! I REQUESTED AN ESTIMATE FROM THEM, WAS NOT ABLE TO COVER THE COST RIGHT AWAY TO START THE REPAIRS, LET THEM KNOW AS SOON AS I HAD THE FUNDS I INTENDED TO GET THE WORK DONE WITH THEIR SHOP (I WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF A CUSTODY BATTLE) AND INSTEAD OF BEING PATIENT, KNOWING THEY WOULD GET STORAGE FEES PLUS THE COST TO REPAIR MY CAR. THEY AUCTIONED OFF MY VEHICLE BEFORE EVEN TELLING ME. I REQUESTED 10+ TIMES TO PICK UP MY CAR SINCE I COULD NOT AFFORD THEIR ESTIMATE AND THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE KEYS. THIS OWNER IS UNAMERICAN AND A THIEF. HE MADE MONEY ON A CAR I"M STILL HAVING TO PAY FOR AND I AM LEFT WITH NOTHING TO DRIVE. IF YOU ARE A STRUGGLING SINGLE MAMA TIGHT ON FUNDS STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE, PLEASE DO NOT END UP LIKE ME, $17K IN DEBT BECAUSE YOU TRUSTED CHARLIE TO WORK WITH YOU TO GET YOUR CAR REPAIRED.

I was excited to go to this shop after reading positive reviews. Especially reading how affordable they are But its a complete rip off I went to get either my bumper replaced or repaired The bumper is under $200 but I was told to get it installed is almost $1000 which is insane to me but I said ok They required I put a deposit down which also seemed odd I havent had to put a deposit down anywhere else.. Once I had a chance to go to another shop I got a quote of half the price this shop quoted me which makes sense..if the part is $200 why would it be $800 more to install it ? Once I told them I was no longer Interested they refused to give me a refund on the deposit I made Although I received No service no repair and no part they refused to give me my money back Very unsatisfied and disappointed

Miramar Auto Body recently completed a rather extensive auto bodywork repair to my car and made the experience as seamless and painless as possible. Habieb provided excellent customer service, being friendly, knowledgeable, reliable, detailed and also conscientious about trying to reduce costs. The workmanship on my car was excellent and I was thrilled with the gorgeous final outcome, all completed in a timely manner. Highly recommended.
