***Flashions remedied the problem with a complete refund. We have been assured that the issue causing the flaking on the shirts has been resolved.*** We were participating in a walk in memory of our son who passed away in the spring and wanted matching shirts. We placed an order with Flashions and promptly received our shirts. We recieved our order quickly and they looked awesome but they messed up our order and left out the shirt for our daughter. We passed out the remaining shirts to our March of Dimes team and unfortunately the print on both front and back began flaking off upon the first wash. My husband contacted Flashions and they replaced the shirts for us. We got a 2nd batch of shirts that have done the exact same thing after washing in cold and air drying.

We take care of each and every customer as we would our own family. And we would do the same with Zee Blah if we knew who he/she is. We have investigated this and have no records of this customer or his/her visit. It's a shame that these kind of reviews can be falsely posted. Thanks to all of our customers and we appreciate your friendships and business.

The worker, Beth, was EXTREMELY rude!! She changed the price and her story 3 times!!! When we asked for the manager she got really defensive and wouldn't let us talk with him. So we had to come back, and when we did he was just as rude. I will never use their service EVER again! They are at least 7 other companies in Springfield alone that do the same type of work. I highly recommend using someone else unless you want to be treated like crap!

Awful business. Ordered shirts in April for our work softball league and its what midway through July and told the order will be canceled wow great business model especially the part where you failed to mention the shirts had to be sent to Mexico first and back before they could be printed but thanks for the crappy throw away plain white shirts. You guys screwed three departments and Navistar which would be a lot of money and continued support if you actually did your job. Awful
