We are T-shirt company, who is making T-shirts all Made in Usa. I sent an inquiry to Spectra USA for Private Labeling, and I received the email with the Wholesale Program. I am not sure where all previous feedbacks come from, but this is just the worst customer service i ever had. I am not talking even about sales skills. I think they just dont have them. The response you received are very short and closed. It feels like they do you a favor. They dont bother to say you "Hello" in the beginning of the email. I can understand, if you would have a conversation back and forth... The company is definitely small, if the representative allows himself to respond to his leads like that. i wont be surprised if it will be an owner who respond to companies emails... I have attached below the conversation i had with the company, just for you to have an idea who will be working with... I am still laughing..)))), as I had such big impression about the company at the beginning... Such a shame for the Owner...
