I was supposed to plan a vacation here so I called to figure out more information but I dont plan on even visiting anymore because I had the rudest phone experience with their customer service lady kara in particular all because I misunderstood her information. If I could give a zero stars I would.

We are sorry that you had a poor experience, but you didnt go on our tour. We do not have a $75 tour, you either are mistaken or this is fake.

This was the worst manatee tour Ive ever been on. We saw one manatee n paid $75. He didnt even try to find more n we couldnt even b near it. And we went back to dock early instead of looking for more manatees. River ventures is a much better place unfortunately they were booked for today. But I will never go back to captain mikes. My advice dont waste your money wait for a day with river ventures!!!
