This place is horrible. In the process of embroidery the tore the sleeve on my jacket and initially denied it. I took it back to them to show them what they did. They took my jacket and said they would have their tailor fix it and there has not been no follow up. I have to constantly call them. Now it's been a month a still nothing! I will never do business with them EVER again and would not recommend either!!!!
Be careful they will give you a price of something then when your ready to do the work oh by the way there is a digitizing fee which is 45$ on top off what I was quoted very bad service everything was worked out before hand they will take advantage of you just terrible

I'm from out of town and needed something embroidered for my Wedding, went in as a walk in and was taken care of immediately! Even though it was a small item Sam treated me as if it was worth $1000 and the quality was top notch!

Absolutely terrible, chaotic experience. The sales pitch is fantastic, the quality and communication is very poor. Do not pick up your stuff without doing a close inspection. If they keep delaying or not responding to your communications - RED FLAGS! Move on. Lesson learned. Better luck to you.
