As long as you have the right attorney in the firm, it will be a positive experience with a field expert that provides knowledge, history, and solid counsel. However, if you end up with an attorney on the opposite side of the spectrum that struggles with providing counsel, spends more time copying/pasting from other documents, and refuses to cooperate with the Board Corporate, it'll cost you in the long run in more ways than simply a high attorney bill.
