I called them to see if they could help me move on May 29th and they sent someone to my house to give me an estimate. I moved my schedule around to meet with this person and when they got here they said they couldn't do the 29th or 30th in a very rude way. No customer service or kindness. They took up my time by changing my schedule around and coming to my house only to be short with me and unable to actually help me move on the day they said was, "wide open" on the phone.

I have a vey detailed review on Yelp. Items will not necessarily be packed in the room they came from; even a double silverware tray was packed in 2 boxes..one was a kitchen box, 3 days later I found the 2nd half in a living room box. I still haven't found the couch pillows and throw blankets...they are packed in a garage box, I hope...those boxes hold storage stuff, and I haven't been through them yet. Let me say that there was significant amount of damage to my items and my condo walls, but I was really only making a fuss about 1 item, a white lacquer coffee table. It will cost me ~$420 to replace it. After bringing the item back to the company 2 months ago (2 hours away), I was assured that Eric was an honest man. They are not retuning my calls.

First Eric, the owner, came to my house. He made a very competitively priced quote after quickly, with laser beam focus, calculating the contents of my house. He was very attentive to my needs and concerns as we sat at my kitchen table. I was sold by his honest and straightforward demeanor so I booked their services. The day of the move a crew of 3, Tim, Bo and John came over. They were pros, with absolute laser beam focus in the entire process, working fast but with utmost care. They were careful with everything, wrapping the furniture to protect it, and packing things properly in the truck. The crew members were joking merrily as they worked. They were personable and made the whole ordeal fun and lighthearted and not even close to the nerve racking process that I was expecting it would be. They were nimble and quick in their work. Most moving crews are sloppy at the end when they can get tired, begin dropping things, dump boxes upside down and in the wrong rooms. This crew placed boxes upright, placed in rooms according to labels, with labels facing so we could read them and find things! Great price and great team with professionalism and integrity!

We hired this company to pack our china, computers and anything else we could not get to. We are in CA in the process of unpacking and looking for our computers. Found them packed with china and lacking all the wiring needed for the hook up. I tried to make it easier for them by laying all of the necessary attachments on top of the computer...not in the box...still.looking for them. The move from AZ to CA went smoothly but the packing and unpacking did NOT. Boxes that they packed were NOT properly labeled.and we had to open all of them to find things...in fact, we are still looking for them!! Not what I expected after spending a nice chunk of money. .
