I'll never ever recommend this awful service to my colleagues and partners. All of this is just wasting of time of our Sales and Delivery team (we were giving the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc chance to this organization during half a year!) Always No response (if it's not connected with claims) YouTeam said the client would get back to us this Friday - never happened. We mean does it really take that long to talk to the team and decide if they want to hire the developer or not? Especially considering that the RFP says "asap". We've lost track of how many emails we've received from YouTeam, saying that "the client went silent, canceled the project or hired somebody else". It basically means that YouTeam lost the client. Or how many times after great interviews of our developers the leads just went silent, giving NO feedback. It makes us wonder if YouTeam does its job at all. Our developers spend time on the interviews, prepare for them. Sales team spends time on applying to RFPs. And nothing. To be honest, it's all very weird. If during the interviews YouTeam's advisors can't even give any specifics about the potential projects. It all seems like YouTeam doesn't really have those leads. Like you just find them somewhere, e.g. Upwork, and use our (other agencies') developers to apply to those posts. The RFPs descriptions YouTeam provides really do look like extracts from Upwork posts. And (not pointing fingers and not saying any names just yet), one of our developers, who just started working at our company and JUST received his corporate email, started receiving emails from various HRs, couple of days after his pre-interview with YouTeam. We're now trying to find out how they found his email. If it turns out that somebody leaked his email without the company's or his consent, legal actions will be taken.

Were extremely grateful for YouTeams work! Weve covered 3 positions in the past couple of months and so far, were happy with the guys weve hired through them. The process went smooth and fast enough, the people friendly yet efficient. Some of the candidates werent fitting, but I guess its to be expected. Were happy with the results, and thats all that matters to us.
