This store seems to not care about their customers, the staff deems it more important to watch the game than to attend to the clients. Aside from that the selection is minimal and usually not in stock.

Last week my wife ordered a back pack for my son using the online store. Apparently an honest (and common mistake based on the store manager) mistake was made when the order was placed. It is not until I stop by the store to pick up the item that I realize that the product is not what was expected. I tried to suggest the store manager several reasonable solutions to upgrade the product or return it. Of course, because of store policies none of my options were acceptable to the store manager. The manager's careless and self-serving solution to the situation was for me to purchase another back pack. At this point the back pack situation was irrelevant to me, however the managers disrespectful, arrogant, and unprofessional customer service was not irrelevant to me. I sent an email to a second manager who basically responded by suggesting me to purchase a second back pack, never acknowledging the unprofessional customer service received. Bottom line, before you consider using their online service and supporting this business, I would strongly suggest considering other online options otherwise you could experience a very unpleasant situation. Often times some businesses forget the fact that their success is dependent on customers like us. It is unfortunate, but it happens. In this case it happened to me with this business.

Just left Authentic soccer and the level of service I recieved was amazing. I was blown away by an employee Jose product knowledge and customer service skills. The staff at AuthenticSoccer is working overtime to deliver your uniform order and appreciates any patience and understanding for the delays we are all experiencing. We can trace the challenges all the way back to the manufacture of the fabric used to make your uniforms which is unprecedented. Unfortunately, every stage of manufacturing and delivery has seen delays. We have made a financial commitment to securing the products to fulfill your order as well as the time needed to receive, print (club logo, player number etc.) and deliver to you. This is why we are unable to process refunds on the items you have ordered. Your uniforms are made special for your club and your player and we will make sure they are delivered to you. The delivery dates from our vendors change day to day based on the inbound delivery from their factories. Unfortunately, we do not manufacture the items and have little control on when they are delivered. We do communicate with our vendors to get updates so we are ready once the items arrive. We wish we could provide better answers and more specific delivery dates but the COVID global pandemic has caused damage that is far beyond our control. I ordered uniforms a couple of weeks ago only a week after They told me that I would not receive my uniforms and they would update me. Still no update and I cannot get my money back this is the worst experience I have dealt with uniforms in my life. If you guys do not have the material and do not know when it will be delivered you should return the money so that the kids can have the money so they can go and do what they need for their sports programs. If you are a small business I dont see why you cannot return peoples money you have not filled our order. This is ridiculous now Im spending more money to find my daughters shirts to match their team unreal. Worst experience ever. I understand the no team return policy if you already filled the order but you havent. You should be ReprimandedYou should be sued.
