I apologized for any inconvenience however as a Notary Public for the State of Michigan I must follow the "Michigan Law On Notarial Acts" policy and procedure for notarizing documents including immigration documents. Bank of America (your personal bank) according to you "refused" to notarized the same documents that you presented to me.
