I hope the bakery expands to have indoor standing in winter. When I order baked goods here, it takes a long time to get even simple things like a few items that require no heating or preparation if there is more than one person waiting around on the sidewalk with me. And the staff seems overly cautious of customers to the point of being depressing. The place has far more barriers and protection than 99 percent of the shops in town.
Good morning Alex, I'm sorry to hear you were disappointed with your customer service at Woodstock. Unfortunately, almost all of our cafés are short staffed at this time. Our available staff are working at quickly as they can but often, the lines are longer than we would like. I have passed along your feedback to the Woodstock managers. My hope is that, because we use Microsoft Teams for most of our communication, the manager was showing the staff a message or file on there. Warmly, Rose

Bread is good. But the staff needs to wake up. Line out the door and the manager is distracting his employees to show them an app on his phone.
