I feel it's necessary to express my experience and I hope this helps those looking for embroidery services. To start with the good, they were very timely and quick with their responses via email which helped me decide to go with them. That's about the only good part of the experience. When making the order I was told that they would be finished within 2 weeks and shipped to the address we had listed with them and that was printed on our invoice. We thought 2 weeks was a little long for the size of order we were requesting but figured that this may be due to quality control. After nearly 3 weeks I decided to email and inquire about the order. The invoice number was referenced in the email but the response was a bit alarming. Instead of referencing the invoice number they referenced my previous emails in which I agreed to deliver what we needed embroidered and stated that they hadn't received them. Long story short, through a few more emails they were able to find our order but stated that we needed to come and get them. This would be fine if it was what we were advised of in the first place but it wasn't. That and on top of the fact that they never bothered to contact us when they were finished was, to say the least, very unprofessional. Upon inspection we were less than satisfied with the quality of embroidery with the hats we had placed in their care. Many of the logos were crooked or mis-aligned. We were looking for a long term relationship but needless to say we will not be continuing business with Advantage Embroidery.

Great experience! Took a few shirts in and they were done the next day. Amazing quality and great service. I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking to get an embroidery service done in the area.
