The finance manager, William Snopik, clearly told my wife and I that the interest rate would be lowered if we accept the mechanical service and wheel & tire service for our new car. So it would be like getting it for free. He lied to us and had to go through Hendrick Autoguard in NC for a refund of $4688, because Honda Cars of McKinney never answered our many phone calls. Dont deal with Billy Snopik.

Ron Tranka in service is the best. Ive been going to him for years and will only go to him. Sometimes i think about getting a new car thats not a Honda, but then i realize i would lose Ron, so i will be keeping a Honda for life. Highly recommend!

Terrible dealership! Taking advantage of the chip shortage and adding 5k in unnecessary add-ons to their vehicles. People need to wake up and realize that one day things will go back to normal in the car market. Unfortunately shady dealership's like this are getting people really upside down with these unnecessary add-ons! Shame on you Honda Cars of McKinney for taking advantage of people during times like these! Give people the OPTION to purchase these "add-ons".
