Purchased 2 vehicles here before - looking at getting another due to previous good experience. Looking at a Bronco I was quoted 20K over sticker price - sticker is ~45K and they were charging me close to 65K. Vehicle was marked up almost 50% from sticker! This price gouging should be illegal. Stay away from Newton, and stay away from Newton's internet sales Brian H. who was rude and insulting, but perfectly fine with me paying 20K over sticker.
Friendly enough staff although this makes week-5 of not having my 2018 F150 due to transmission and cam phaser problems (6-weeks total, 5-weeks continuously - and counting). Ford will not commit to a timeline when a new transmission will be shipped. Replacement of a truck under warranty with an EcoSport car is not acceptable for this length of time.

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. While traveling out of state for work, my vehicle broke down. Newton Ford determined it needed a new engine. After they couldnt make the first date they gave me, they said it was because they needed to get equipment to do the job. Why would you say you can do a job when you dont have the proper equipment? Then someone forgot to order the new engine. After multiple lies and giving me the run around, they have extended the job past when they said it would be ready for a third time. I finally got frustrated with them, and they told me to have faith. This dealership is the most inefficient, and unprofessional Ford I have ever had to deal with.
