After dealing with Jackson & Lujan for over 20 yrs. I figured I would try them being that are close to my house. Well let me Teel you it has been a nightmare with this place..My glasses came in and they put the wrong prescription, I had to bring them back not knowing that it was causing me headaches.It's been three weeks since I brought them back,was told 5 to 7 business days to get them re-done. It's been 15 business days and still no glasses,when I or my wife call its always the same excuse that they are waiting for a shipment and being very rude to my wife as well..I can't wait to see what my glasses will be like,butif they are done right the second time around I'll never set foot in this place again.6 weeks and no glasses ( paid for) whar a joke

Terrible customer service. Called to make an appointment 2 weeks ago, the lady who answered was disorganized and took forever to figure how to make the appointment. I still made the appointment thinking the service may be better once I arrived. Today I arrive and my appointment is not in the system, the time I scheduled is not in their schedule. Apparently there is a call center that does not know the appointment times. I asked them to see me anyway since I had made the time to come to their practice for the first time. The answer was no bc the doctor had left. Not true I heard the receptionist talking. Taking my business and care to a place that can take care of their customers.

I would definitely recommend Dr Palys and staff as they were most friendly and kind Dr Palys is very knowledgeable as well as her staff, very professional and most compassionate.
